(NUCLEO DE ACOLHIMENTO E
VALORIZACAO DA EDUCAÇAO)
Access Sao Paulo has established an educational center in the most vulnerable pockets of the district of Capao Redondo.
At NAVE, we focus on kids and adolescents that are exposed to the recurring violence and drug abuse in the community, offering them a safe and encouraging space. Here, they can participate in a variety of programs and find the support they need to access their potential.
NAVE is a cultural and educational center for kids between ages 4-14. We offer innovative extracurricular programs to vulnerable kids who are usually neglected by their parents and left in streets with barely any care, serving as easy targets to crime, drug abuse, and marginalization. NAVE offers workshops and programs focusing on developing cultural and social skills, preparing these kids to be pillars in their community. We want to teach these kids how to be citizens of the world, with more access to information and culture, increasingly aware of the society and world they live in.
